Ways I can help.

Every engagement starts the same way. What comes next depends on what you actually need.

The assessment

I interview the top five people in your operation, starting with you, then analyze how the work actually runs. You get back a full report: where the hours and money are leaking, the bottlenecks, the fix, and the ROI to expect. It doesn't include building. Sometimes the fix is off the shelf, and I'll tell you what to buy. For help using it, or something custom, that's what comes next.

Automation builds

Automations for the repetitive work eating your hours: emails, data entry, scheduling, review requests, appointment reminders. I also connect the systems you're already running, spreadsheets, a CRM, a pricing list, so one query pulls from all of them.

Virtual assistants & speed-to-lead

A missed call is a missed customer. I build virtual assistants that answer, qualify leads, and book appointments the moment someone reaches out, day or night. Spry, answering questions on this site right now, is one I built for my own business.

Custom skills

Already using Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini? Sometimes all you need is a skill: a defined capability installed into the tool you have, built around one workflow or scheduled task.

Knowledge systems

An AI system trained on your own documents and process, so your team gets the same straight answer every time, instead of digging through folders or getting a different answer from each other.

Websites

This one's mine, start to finish, and built the way I build every site: optimized for AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, not just Google. Structured data, clean metadata, content written to answer what people actually ask.

AI training and coaching

Hands-on sessions that get you and your team actually using the tools, whether off the shelf or something I built for you.

Concierge retainer

Ongoing support once you're up and running. I keep watch on what's working, fix what breaks, and add new automations as your needs change.

Not sure which of these fits? Start with the assessment and I'll tell you.
